We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Stair Builder for a Precast Plant in the Northwest.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Structural Stair Builder will be vital to the construction of our architectural precast concrete structural stairs, stair treads, and landings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Construct precast concrete structural stairs.
• Set rise and run based off print drawings.
• Set landing angles.
• Assemble steel stair pans according to print specifications.
• Build side rail walls (fixed and movable).
• Set connection embeds/handrail embeds.
• Work with casting personnel to assist in production.
• Metal and wood fabrication including, but not limited to, welding, drilling, cutting, and shearing.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior precast concrete carpenter/form builder experience.
• The ability to read and understand blueprints, design, shop drawings and basic math.
• Strong working knowledge of job site safety.
• Prior experience in steel fabrication/welding.
• Knowledge of all types of hand tools, fabricating equipment, measuring devices.
• Ability to work well with teams.
