We are currently seeking a Project Manager for a PCI Certified Plant in the Southeast US.


Position Summary: As the Project Manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project(s) you are working on. Project managers may work closely with upper management as well as other departments to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. Project Managers manage key client projects. Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Project  Managers  will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects.

- Bachelors (4 year) degree from an accredited university in appropriate field of study
- Proven work experience in project management
- Certifications in Project Management preferred

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Perform risk management to minimize project risk
- Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Manage changes to project scopes, project schedules and project cost
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and issuing corrective actions as needed
- Meet with clients, architects, and contractors as needed to facilitate project success
- Coordinate project changes as needed and be willing to adapt if necessary
- Meet with clients, architects, and contractors to clarify specific requirements of each project as needed

Skills and Experience:
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and representatives from other companies, agencies or departments
- Ability to organize and clearly express information in concise written form
- Ability to make mathematical calculations rapidly and accurately
- Ability to detect and reconcile discrepancies
- Ability to use calculators, personal computers and application software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel spreadsheet functionality.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent Leadership skills
