Fees - Contingency vs.Retained Search

Client companies are able to employ Concrete Jobs to conduct searches with fees based on contingency or retained search.

Contingency Search is most common because of the reduced risk and upfront cost to our Client Companies.  With this form of search, the company is not charged any fees unless they hire one of Concrete's referred candidates.  If no hire is made, no fees are charged.  United does offer a guarantee for a period of time after the start date if payment is made per the predetermined terms.

Retained Search is for the company that has a specific need and is looking for priority service in filling their position.  When Concretre Jobs enters into a retained search agreement with a client company, we guarantee to provide a number of experienced and qualified candidates in a timely manner.  Retainer Agreements require an upfront charge to ensure a hire will be made when qualified candidates are presented.  The balance of the fee will be due at different stages of the search process.

Please contact your Industry Specialist to discuss the details of these options and what program may be most beneficial for your search.
