Upon graduation from the University of Delaware in 1995, Michael began his career in Executive Recruiting.  His Degree in Business Management built a solid foundation for his future career in helping both companies and candidates achieve their long term goals.  He began recruiting in the Underground Precast Industry before expanding his work into the Prestressed Concrete, Concrete Pipe, and Concrete Block and Paver Manufacturing Industries. By 2018, Michael had filled over 1,000 positions within the Concrete Products Manufacturing Industries. He is a long time member of PCI, NPCA and NCMA.
